Notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product.

After 12 hours, no return/replacement requests will be accepted.

๐Ÿ“Œ Conditions for Return/Replacement:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

All accessories (charger, cable, manuals, box) must be included.

Physical damage caused by the user will not be covered under our policy.

If the product has been misused (such as issues with charging because of incorrect handling), it may not qualify for a return or replacement.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the issue is caused by Syed Telecom.

Return the Item: If your claim is approved, return the product via courier.

Inspection & Replacement: After inspection, a new unit will be shipped to you.
